carb coma!

After a long day at the mall............................

I snacked on tuna melt, spaghetti and meat balls and some chips! o_O



I have gained a gazillion of pounds for the last year and to be honest, I am quite worried. I really need to watch my diet. :( Just recently, I wanted to buy this really nice pair of denim shorts (with the pockets hanging out and it's tattered and it's just stinkin' cool) only to find out that they don't have it on my size...... I almost wailed! T T
So yeaah.....do you have any diet tips? Do you like pasta as much as I do? Arrr.....

All that food looks amazing. Yum! I'm going through similar problems. I've already said goodbye to non-elastic waist bands a long time ago. Going to school, being stressed and eating doesn't help either. I've started running lately. But then, your diet also counts with how much you've exercised. Sorry, I'm not much of a health expert. I'm trying to figure this out myself.

I definately love pasta as much as you! I have it at least once a day and it's rare that I dont ha! I dont have any tips all I can say is that I'm doing more exercise in the hope that it'll help tame my weight :)

Tuna melt - yum! My diet tip would be to try to enjoy 3 meals a day with minimum snacking. Oh, and to walk a lot. xx

i can never resist a good meal i love pasta A LOT ! esp extra creamy carbonara with beef bacon , i like spicy seafood olio too , yummmmmm

haha and of cause my scales is going UP and never DOWN

i wish to cut off some excess fat too but i don't think that is possible unless some duck tape my mouth haha

Yummm carbs! My diet tips are to have everything you feel like, but in small amounts. Eat several times a day instead of having big meals. Drink plenty of water, walk as much as you can instead of driving, find an exercise that you really enjoy, drink green tea, eat soup/salad in large amounts, cut down on junk food! :)

*gasps* You aren't Kiki Fatso :( I get the same problem with food though, I always eat all the wrong things...but it tastes too nice. Just keep up with exercises that should cancel out the yummy foods :) xxx

You know, I wish I could gain pounds! The only problem is that I get full after a small meal and I don't get very hungry for a long time. People say that I'm lucky but it's a curse! I want to eat as many foods as possible all the time! xoxoxooxxoo
